The application of our quality management systems is supported by investment in CMM measuring equipment and extensive training of our workforce to ensure a high and consistent level of quality at all stages of manufacture.

Our expertise is backed by the knowledge that we provide a total quality service to new and existing customers. An accuracy of + or – 0.05mm can be achieved with industry leading measuring equipment for inspection and reverse engineering of parts for subsequent replication.

AET are committed to continuous quality improvements and this was demonstrated in 2015 when the company was accredited with BS EN 15085, Railway Applications Standard – Classification level 2 and BS EN ISO 3834, Quality Requirements of Fusion Welding. This was followed up in 2018 with BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Execution of Steel Structures and Aluminium Structures. Working up to Execution class 2.

In line with AET’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, the organisation is committed to integrating the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard.

AET are a quality assured supplier operating to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Our expertise is backed by the knowledge that we provide a total quality service to new and existing customers. AET’s inspection department is equipped with industry leading inspection equipment to ensure all products manufactured conform to our customers exacting standards.

AET are committed to continuous quality improvements, and this was demonstrated in 2015 when the company was accredited with BS EN 15085-2 Classification Level 2, Welding of Railway Vehicles and components and BS EN ISO 3834-3 Quality Requirements of Fusion Welding. This was followed up in 2018 with BS EN 1090-1 class Exc 2, Welding of Steel and Aluminium Structures.

In line with AET’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, the organisation is committed to integrating both the ISO 14001 Environmental and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management standards.

AET is committed to adhering to sanctions imposed on Russian sourced material as of September 2023. Working closely with our raw material supply partners, AET will not accept any materials of Russian origin.
