With work continuing on the BySprint 4020 Fiber installation, the team at AET have been busy managing another two new arrivals.
The company’s second robotic welding cell is being commissioned by Panasonic’s engineers after arriving from Southampton on Monday. The 500amp Tawers Welding System offers a 2.8m x 900mm rotary area with a 900mm tilt-turn fixture.
Following close behind the Panasonic trailer was another delivery by Bystronic. The latest in a long line of Bystronic machines is the ultra-compact Xpert40 press-brake. The machine is designed for rapid and cost-effective pressing of small to medium components and perfectly complements AET 4 and 5 metre workhorses.
