Workplace Pension Scheme:
AET offer all employees a workplace pension scheme, and all our employees are automatically enrolled into the scheme once they begin their employment. A percentage of the employees’ salary is paid into the scheme along with statutory employer contributions.
Healthcare Scheme:
AET offer all new and existing staff a Healthcare & Wellbeing Scheme for all employees. The level 1 scheme assists with day-to-day health and wellbeing expenditure and offers cash back assistance with dental and optical bills, prescriptions, and various other treatments. Employees who have reached 2 yrs. and above service automatically switch to the level 2 cover and also receive the additional benefit of Westfield Private Health Insurance.

As part of AET’s ongoing commitment to promote health and wellbeing amongst its stakeholders, the company offers subsidised gym membership which perfectly complements the existing health insurance schemes with Westfield and Aviva.
Death in Service
AET will provide all employees with a Death in Service policy after six months employment with the company and equates to one year’s salary, tax free.
