The staff at Advanced Engineering Techniques raised an impressive total of £1000 for Breast Cancer Research after the HR, Finance and Admin teams organised the annual Wear It Pink Day, cake sale and raffle.
Led by HR Manager, Carol Found, the girls baked countless cupcakes and buns, and were overwhelmed by the response from the rest of the staff.
She commented, ‘Breast Cancer research is such an important subject to us and it so close to our hearts. We were delighted with the enthusiasm and support from everyone else at AET and we’re hugely grateful to everyone who contributed. We were hoping to raise a few hundred pounds so to reach £1000 is staggering! We look forward to beating that amount next year!’
